The tent setup in the backyard of the Embarcadero is suitable for larger gatherings, which can be used in conjunction with the interior space and front patio for groups of up to 80 for table service and up to 300 for cocktail style gatherings.

Access to the tent is through the main floor lounge. For buffet setup, food is arranged in the Pearl bay room.
Decorations and table setup can be modified to suit the occasion.
Setup shown for Stampede: for pre-rodeo and chuckwagon lunches and dinners, a buffet option is recommended.
