TENT BOOKINGS

The tent setup in the backyard of The Embarcadero is suitable for larger gatherings, which can be used in conjunction with the interior space and front patio for groups of up to 80 for table service and up to 300 for cocktail style gatherings.

Access to the tent is through the main floor lounge. For buffet setup, food is arranged in the Pearl bay room.

Setup shown for sit-down dining for 80 during Stampede. Decorations and table setup can be modified to suit the occasion.

Stampede at Night!

The tent can also be booked for Stampede evening functions. For pre-Chuckwagon races, a buffet option is recommended. A dinner buffet can be customized to fit any budget. For evening functions without a time constraint other options are available
